Can you paint anything I request?
I paint what I feel comfortable painting and subjects that interest me. I will politely decline work I do not feel I can execute to the clients desires. Feel free to ask if you're not sure about your concept request.
What are your prices for custom work?
So many things factor into custom order pricing, no two items are the same so it's difficult to build a menu containing all items available and all art concepts available- the menu would be insane.
You're welcome to contact me directly for a custom order quote at anytime.

Details needed build a custom order quote:
- What would you like your artwork painted on? (ex. Purse, Shoes, Wall Canvas, Wallet, Etc.)
- What would you like your artwork to include? (Scenery, Characters, Color Scheme, Etc.)
How does the paint stay on the customized accessories?
Professional grade paints are used for all custom accessories. Care instructions are also included with every customized order, please care for your luxury item.
Important Care Tips:
- Do not bring your item in contact with alcohol based products and chemicals (nail polish remover, liquor, alcohol wipes, perfume, etc.) alcohol based products can compromise the integrity of your paint and paint seal of your accessory.
- Avoid extreme heat and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight (don't leave you customized items out to cook under a hot sun) - theme park trips are totally fine.
- Do not drop, drag, or throw your luxury item on the road or floor (yes it was necessary to type this one lol)
- Enjoy your custom one of a kind artwork!
How long after ordering can we expect our custom artwork?
My paint turn around time is 14-18 Weeks (or less)
Incase of a family emergency or medical emergency, contact and communication of any changes to shipment and paint times will be provided.
Do You Provide Mock Up Artwork Of Each Custom Order Request?
I do not, I freehand paint all of my artwork and do not offer mapped out design concepts, as I create organically.
I take all of the clients requests and incorporate them into their custom piece with my own signature style and skill. Communication is open during the entire paint process as well as progress photos and videos are provided to the client during artistic process.
Mock Ups can be provided at an additional fee if requested and desired.
Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges of custom artwork, if there is an issue with an order please feel free to contact me directly so we can come to a resolution.
What is RTS?
RTS stands for Ready To Ship, ready to ship items include anyting that is ready to be mailed to the buyer.
RTS items include:
- stickers
- prints
- magnets
- keychains
- pins
- prepainted artwork
Do You Offer International Shipping?
For custom orders yes but please understand that the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
What happens of my order is marked delivered but I didn't get it?
Unfortunately once the shipment leaves my hands the mail service is responsible for executing delivery. All orders include shipping insurance incase of loss or damaged items, and some items can be replaced. Tracking is also provided, please be sure to plan receiving your shipment accordingly.
