All custom painted items are processed with high quality products:

Factory seal is removed, item is painted according to the agreed upon designs, sealed with a new favorite seal, and processed with a stain and water repellent.

Items are shipped with care instructions for the owner.

All sales are final, all items are hand painted and considered fragile.

🚫Coupon codes are NOT valid or offered for custom order commissions🚫 If a coupon code is used on a commission request, the difference will be immediately invoiced or the order cancelled.

Shipping insurance is provided.

By purchasing the client understands that the paint turn around time is 16-18 weeks from date order is placed. Rush orders are not offered at this time.

International orders are responsible for their own customs fees according to their import laws.
