All custom painted items are processed with high quality products:

Factory seal is removed, item is painted according to the agreed upon designs, sealed with a new favorite seal, and processed with a stain and water repellent.

Items are shipped with care instructions for the owner.

All sales are final, all items are hand painted and considered fragile.

Shipping insurance is provided.

By purchasing the client understands that the paint turn around time is 16-18 weeks from date order is placed. Rush orders are not offered at this time.
